Successful Couples Class

This class is ideal for newly engaged couples and those in their first few years of a committed relationship or marriage. As couples begin their lives together, many people focus on planning the celebration or the wedding instead of preparing for their lives together. Relationships are hard work, and it is important to take time to lay a solid foundation in order to build a successful relationship that withstands the highs and lows of life. In our Successful Couples course, we will help you learn many things including what makes a committed relationship work, tools for building intimacy, and conflict resolution skills. Our course combines the latest scientific research on long term relationships with thoughtful activities to grow and nurture the bond between you and your partner so that you can begin your life together with tools and knowledge to make your marriage/relationship successful.

Individuals

Family dynamics can often be challenging, whether you have a traditional or non-traditional family, we can help. Family counseling provides an opportunity for everyone to openly talk about their thoughts and feelings in a safe environment.

  •  Parent-child conflicts
  •  Family communication problems
  •  Defiant, angry, or isolated teens
  •  Grief and issues of loss
  •  Transitions after divorce or separation
  • School related issues including Special Education, 504's and IEP's
  • Crisis Counseling
  • Cultural issues and building connection

The aim of therapeutic care is to facilitate the process of self-awareness and self discovery and assist the individual in making positive attitudinal and behavioral changes that lead to a happier, healthier, more fulfilled life.

Families

Creating health, happiness and a well-balanced life begins with the conscious desire to change and the willingness to
*be present       * be courageous  *be responsible     * be open
*be patient     * be accepting

.......of the Self
